Q. I am having some issues using the system is there any help available?

A. Absolutely, if you are having any issues you can use the scheduler below to find a convenient time, and we will set up a Chime video conference to go over your issues. Most issues can be resolved with a little training.


 Q. Can you develop an App for IOS and Android so that my users can input data from their phones?

A. This is no problem but will require a Chime video conference with our developer team to ascertain your exact requirements before we can advise on the cost.


Q. Do I get updates for the platform?

A. Yes, automatic updates are delivered to all users with a valid account.
